Our specialty is energy conservation through commercial lighting retrofits and providing savings to our clients. We work closely with local utility companies on behalf of our clients insuring a smooth lighting audit and swift rebate return. Our focus is on providing our clients with their project specific needs. Which means we have flexible services to match any size project.

Uber Simple

Product Distributor:

We have sourced tirelessly to provide our customers with ultra-efficient LED products. In doing so we have sourced a product line that is energy efficient, flexible in use, affordable and qualified for utility rebates.

Lighting to go Instant rebate Program:

As a participating distributor of the Commercial Lighting to Go program offered by Seattle City Light and Puget Sound Energy. We can offer instant rebates on qualified LED products. To learn more about the Lighting 2 Go program, click here.

Simple

We specialize in completing detailed Utility Workbooks. If you do not want to deal with the headache of completing a utility workbook, leave it to us.

Just complete our super simple light count sheet for your project and we will complete the utility workbook for you, we can even specify qualified products for your project and procure it if you like as a LED Distributor

We have trusted partnerships with local electrical company’s, and we can coordinate a quote for your LED installation services project.

Basic

With our Basic Service you get everything in our Simple Service plus we will come out to your project site and perform the lighting audit, specify qualified LED products and procure the qualified LED product replacements.

We offer project management assistance with the installation process as well as interfacing with the utility company answering any questions they may have regarding the workbook, or the LED lighting retrofit project.

We have partnerships with local Seattle electrical company’s, and we can coordinate a quote for your project, including full LED installation services.

Full Service

We handle your lighting project from start to finish. Tell us what your goals are, give us access to the project site, and we will handle the rest so you can focus on your day-to-day business.

We handle:

Identify and record current lighting
Function as YOUR LED distributor, specifying ultra- efficient qualified rebate available LED lighting products to help conserve energy consumption and your annual energy costs
Obtaining up to three Electrical installation quotes for LED installation services
Supplying qualifying rebate available LED lighting products
Assist the Electrician’s with the project management of the installation, to make sure the project goes smoothly
Project management of the Seattle area based utility companies workbook (see our list of utility companies with work closely with on our home or about page). Not only do we complete and submit the utility workbook, but we will also continue to work closely with the Utility company on your behalf
